The definition of online therapy

All international based therapies are provided by Jesse. 

Jesse is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida, and a board certified dance/movement therapist (BC-DMT) with the American Dance Therapy Association. Jesse is an experienced licensed clinician with speciality knowledge and training in the areas of the expatriate community and living overseas, international school community, and aiding in cross-cultural communication. Jesse has nearly two decades of experience providing individualized counseling services to clients aged 3 years and older. Additionally, she has successfully led groups addressing various issues facing children, teens and adults. Jesse has worked extensively with clients to treat depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, and has also helped clients successfully overcome other life issues including grief, trauma, and difficulties with transitions.
