Jesse Smith, LPC, LMHC, BC-DMT, NCC
Jesse grew up in Louisiana, just outside of New Orleans. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Master of Arts (MA) in Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and Counseling. In 2010 she obtained Level 3 training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Behavioral Tech's, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Intensive Training™.
Jesse works with individuals and groups of all ages, and specializes in working with children and adolescents struggling with Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and other Mood Disorders. She is also a licensed clinical supervisor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Illinois, and with the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA). Jesse is excited to announce the newest branch of High Resolution Counseling and start working with clients residing within US Embassies Globally beginning May 2017.
Jesse holds active memberships with: the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA); American Psychological Assocation (APA); Division of Trauma Psychology of the American Psychological Association; and American Psychological Association, The Society for the Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity, and the Arts.
Christina Thibodeaux, LPC, LMFT
Christina Thibodeaux (pronunciation: tib-uh-doe) is originally from Rayne, Louisiana. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. There Christina was trained in Systems Theory and Counseling Theories.
Christina works with individuals, couples and family counseling, specializing in clients struggling with Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, other Mood Disorders, and relational difficulties (communication, infidelity, trust concerns, parenting). Christina completed the 23 hour training for certification in Distance Counseling (online therapy).
Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She also holds active licensure in the state of Louisiana as an LPC and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Christina is awaiting licensure in the state of Arkansas where she is currently living.
